1. Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 The Chair welcomed everybody to the meeting. There were no apologies or substitutions.
2. Inquiry into the Draft Legislative Proposals for EU Structural Funds 2014 -2020
2.1 The Chair welcomed Veronica Gaffey to the meeting. Members questioned the witness.
2.2 Veronica Gaffey agreed to provide the Committee with further information on how the multi fund based approach to community-led development strategies would work in terms of application of different intervention rates between the different funds.
3. Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for the remainder of the meeting
3.1 The Chair moved a motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public for the remainder of the meeting.
3.2 The Committee agreed the motion, and moved into private session.
4. Legislative Consent Motion - Public Services (Social Enterprise and Social Value) Bill: Discussion of Draft Report
